Gary J. Vrotsos
Having began my career in real estate sales in Cambridge, Ma in January, 1981, I have over 31 years of sales experience which allows my clients to benefit from greatly. I spent the first 8-9 years at Century 21 winning virtually every award for production that they offer , year after year. In 1990, I moved to Hanuman Real Estate in Cambridge, a premier real estate marketing organization in business since 1929, with over 70 offices in Massachusetts, and again rose quickly to the very top in terms of sales production being a member of the “29” Club which was given to the top 29 sales associates in their 70 office organization. Approximately 12 years ago, Hanuman was purchased by Coldwell Banker and since then I have received numerous awards including a member of the “Top 50” sales associates within this new 140 office network, year after year.
I have an interesting approach to helping my clients whether I am a buyer’s agent or seller’s agent for them. I put their needs in front of my own. I strive to position their property price wise in the ever changing market just as I would if I owned it myself. Same with buyers, when representing them as buyers agents, my 31 years of real estate sales experiences with approximately 1500+ sales under my belt, enables me to make sure that transactions entered into have no hidden “wrinkles” that can surface later to hold up the sale.
Having graduated from Boston University in 1972 with a degree in finance with courses in Marketing and Advertising, I have taken many seminars and real estate courses over the years through the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in investments, appraisals, marketing, and technology to stay ahead of the curve when employing today’s technology to market I have been a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) since 1982, A “Certified Residential Specialist” since 1996, and an “Accredited Buyer Representative since 1997.
An industry veteran , I am a Vice President of Coldwell Banker ranking in the top 1-2% of Coldwell Banker associates nationally and in the top 5% of Greater Boston Realtors. My longevity in the business, commitment to my clients, and achievements in production cannot be matched easily and that’s what I bring to the table for all my clients.

“Since 1906, the Coldwell Banker® organization has been a premier provider of full-service residential and commercial real estate. Coldwell Banker is the oldest national real estate brand in the United States and today has a global network of agents working in thousands of offices in many countries and territories. “
“Coldwell Banker was founded on August 27, 1906 on the heels of the devastating 1906 fire and earthquake that leveled San Francisco. A young real estate agent, Colbert Coldwell saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild. As the company grew, he hired Arthur Banker as a member of his sales staff. The two businessmen eventually formed a partnership, and in 1914 officially named the company Coldwell Banker®. “
