Arlington

Arlington is a town of approximately 40,000 people (Est. in 2010), located North West of Boston. Although it borders Cambridge and Somerville, Arlington maintains its “small town” feel and atmosphere. It is a town rich in history, as Paul Revere’s famous “Midnight Ride” took him through Arlington to alert colonists of an ensuing attack.

Arlington is in close proximity to Boston, taking about 15 minutes to commute by car. Many of its residents also rely on public transportation, which can bring you to one of several train stations in the area.

There are a variety of house styles throughout Arlington, from condominiums to multi families to single family residences, priced for a variety of income levels. The pace of development in Arlington has spurred activity for institutions in the financial and insurance fields as well as other types of service-oriented businesses. Increased development has created increased employment in schools, hospitals and other local service sectors.
